FACEBOOK / INSTAGRAM NEWSLETTER LEAD GENERATION 

The client's goal was to acquire newsletter sign-ups at a cost under $20 per lead. The DigitalTreehouse digital marketing team set-up an advanced  Facebook and Instagram advertising program targeting a look-alike audience based on the client's current newsletter subscriber list. The first advertisement showcased a motion graphic video detailing the benefits of signing up for the newsletter. Both Facebook and Instagram campaigns used LEAD FORMS to acquire the most leads possible.  


LEAD FORMS load directly inside Facebook and Instagram with the user’s information pre-filled in the form (because they are already signed-in to Facebook and Instagram). This technique produces a larger volume of leads by removing the need to leave the trusted environment of Facebook or Instagram to visit a landing page and fill out a separate form. All the user has to do is click submit and a new lead is generated.  


The initial attempt using the first motion graphic advertisement below acquired sign-ups at a cost of $29 per lead which did not accomplish the goal.  


The advertisement strategy was changed to an e-book and the motion graphic advertisement was updated as shown below. The  audience targeting was also optimized using a combination of the client's audience data and Facebook's data. This new version acquired sign-ups at a rate of only $7.86 per lead,  a 73% reduction in cost per lead  that now accomplished the client's goal. The e-book ad campaign designed by our Franklin internet marketers continues to run to this day to targeted individuals in the United States, Canada and the EU. 

RETAIL STORE SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMIZATION 

A new CBD Oil retail store opened but had no online visibility. The DigitalTreehouse SEO service achieved a #1 ranking in Google search results for "CBD Oil Store" and multiple other targeted search terms, helping more people discover and shop the new retail location. The store's website traffic increased 197% in the first three months due to the Search Engine Optimization program.

Targeted Campaign Delivers Results 

Transportation 

This client needed an extremely targeted campaign where ads were placed in front of people with the job title of Freight Forwarders inside the pharmaceutical industry. The client's product helps Freight Forwarders save money when transporting highly valuable temperature controlled freight while also ensuring compliance with strict new transportation regulations. DigitalTreehouse's Franklin internet marketing team created  custom content for this client discussing how Pharma shippers could navigate new regulations while saving money at the same time. The content was posted to the client's website and promoted using the LinkedIn, Facebook and Google ad networks. Individuals targeted were either Freight Forwarders or someone in the market for refrigerated shipping options.  


RESULTS:  In three months the client received over 500,000 targeted advertisement views across multiple websites and apps. This led to  20 lead forms  being filled out and automatically placed into the client's CRM software for sales team follow-up. Although call tracking was not used in the campaign, the client noted a large increase in calls for more information about the product.  

Real Estate 

This client was looking to increase the number of home sellers listing residential properties. The DigitalTreehouse  website development team created a new, high-speed website designed to quickly capture seller leads by offering a free home value report. Ad campaigns were then run on  Google's advertising network along with  Facebook and Instagram ads targeting potential high-value home sellers in the local area, driving them to the new website to fill out the request form. DigitalTreehouse also created "Get Quote" ads on Facebook and Instagram where users could request a free home value report without leaving the Facebook/Instagram website. Leads were sent directly to the client's email address for quick follow-up.  


RESULTS:  The digital marketing campaign provided the client 22 home seller leads for his local area over a period of five months. The client's website received over 7,000 visits in the same time frame and all visits were captured for retargeting campaigns in the future. The client picked up  $4.7M in new house listings  directly from the ad campaign delivering a  1,067.37% ROI  on the advertising investment. 

MEDICAL CLINICS 

Search Engine Marketing / Google AdWords 

DigitalTreehouse used Google's Search Engine Marketingtool ("AdWords" now called "Google Ads") to drive new website visitors and increase brand awareness through paid search engine ads to a group of podiatry clinics. These search engine marketing ads allow clients to be found by people on Google precisely when they are searching for podiatry services or self-diagnosing foot and ankle issues.  


Results from Search Engine Marketing Ads

Over six months DigitalTreehouse drove 309 unique callers to the client’s clinics from patients searching online for podiatry services. After the first month of service an actual ROI was computed based on matching new patients with patient calls tracked from the ad campaign. The results were $3,750 gross return from marketing ($250 * 14 patients) at a cost of $2,250, a $1,500 gross profit and 66.7% ROI.

Our client came to us with a system that helps groups, sports teams, schools, churches and daycares raise money by selling delicious, gourmet popcorn. The client was generating awareness with traditional mail campaigns that drove people to a website that needed updating.

Wine & Spirits Store 

Retail 

Due to new regulations giving grocery stores the ability to sell wine, this client was losing business at its retail location. DigitalTreehouse created a custom  mobile advertising campaign that captured the mobile ID's of people shopping for wine at local grocery stores and competitor locations. Ads were then delivered to these mobile devices on popular websites and apps showing the better selection and prices at the client's store. Multiple ad formats and custom landing pages were created to drive consumers the client's location with directions buttons showing actual distance (example: "1.2 Miles Away"). Mobile devices that displayed advertisements where then tracked to see if they showed up at the client's retail location.  


RESULTS:  In the first month of the campaign, 196 visits to the store were tracked from people who had seen an advertisement providing the client a  292% return on their advertising investment 

  • NEW DYSLEXIA TRAINING COURSE 

    Grow Email Subscriber List 

    An organization aiming to align the science of reading with practical approaches to literacy instruction was in need of creating their email subscription list to promote their new Dyslexia Training Course. Their current email newsletter list was composed of 0 subscribers. 


    Since there was no current customer list, DigitalTreehouse setup an  advanced Facebook advertising campaign using a Lead Capture Form to acquire as many leads as possible. We also automated the process of uploading new leads into their new email marketing sales funnel. 


    At first, we targeted a specific audience at first including teachers at various school levels and parents with children ranging from ages 6 - 17 with interests in learning disabilities, dyslexia, child development, reading comprehension, and more.  


    After receiving at least 1,000 leads within the first 6 months, we followed  'The Rule of 1,000' to create a Custom and Lookalike Audience of those that had opened and submitted our lead capture form. From there we targeted that Lookalike Audience to garner even more email subscribers.
